I didn't know what was goimg on, the light showed to have my power stirring serviced. I call in just before closing on Thursday and Mr. David said be here in the morning he's check it out. I was there and so was he. He solved the problem. A wire was clip by mistake when I had an lift put on my Terrain for my disable Marine husband. Thank you GMC for fixing my problem. 6 months ago I brought my Acadia in to Royal Service because the passenger side low beam headlight went out. Yesterday, I had to bring in back because the same bulb again went bad this time while we're on a vacation trip... I drove all over Arkansas and Missouri thinking I was not safe and also thinking I could be pulled over by the police due to the headlight being out... Additionally, the first trip to have the headlight fixed was disappointing because of the amount of work that is required to change the bulb - with other brand vehicles that I have owned, I have always been able to do this myself without having to pay a big labor bill. So I was very disappointed that GM would produce a vehicle that was so poorly engineered for the consumer's sake... Then a short time after having the headlight repaired the dashboard "Service Air Bag" message came on. Apparently there was a wiring problem with the air bad (wire located under the front passenger seat) - again I was very disappointed with the Acadia's safety and with GM because I have never had a safety/air bag problem with any vehicle that I have ever purchased. So with this said, I went into the Service Department mad because of the bulb failure and my concern about the Acadia's service record over the past 6 months... However when I arrived David took care of me and fixed the problem at no cost. I came in somewhat mad, but thanks to David, I left feeling satisfied and feeling good again about Royal GMC Service. Thanks to David, I now plan to continue to use your Service Department for as long as I own the Acadia. The Acadia however is on probation and I don't know how long I will keep it... We had to bring the Yukon back in for repair of the passenger side seat warmer. David Crumpton had the parts ordered and called me on a Saturday to schedule an appointment. Once again he held the bar of service level high. He had a loaner ready for my wife and made it a pleasure to bring our SUV in for service. While at Royal, one of the tech's found another issue and had it repaired as well. I never thought bringing your car in for service would be enjoyable, but it is.
